April Meeting 

Join us on April 9th for our Wills and Testament General meeting with Allyson Brupbacher. She will be discussing the importance of all families having a will. Special offers will be given out only to those that attend the meeting. We hope to see you there! Meeting will occur at Crosspoint Church in the Chapel starting at 7pm. New Mommies meet at 6:30pm

May Meeting

On May 14th join us for our annual Ice Cream Social and Board Nomination process. We will have free open forum questions concerning any topics we would like to discuss during our social. We will be meeting at Crosspoint  Church chapel starting at 7pm. New Mommies meeting at 6:30pm. 

June Meeting 

For our June 11th Meeting we will be meeting at Ceramics by Tess to have a fun social night and paint. KAPOM will give a set amount towards each members art piece. TBD soon. We will also be voting in our new board members for the next term. Hope you can attend.  Meeting will start at 7pm. No new mommies separate meeting. 

• Katy Area Parents of Multiples is a non-profit organization that was created for parents of (or expectant parents of) twins, triplets, or more.
• Meetings are held the 2nd Monday of each month at Crosspoint Community Church, 700 S. Westgreen Blvd (at the corner of Kingsland and Westgreen). We meet in "The Chapel" located in the main sanctuary building. Enter the double right doors and stay to the right. The new and expectant moms forum meets at 6:30pm and general membership meets at 7pm.
• We have children's socials and family get-togethers throughout the year, as well as monthly playdates.
• There are also 2 Buy and Sells a year (a good place to find clothing, toys, and equipment for your multiples and usually held in March and September).
• Dues are currently set at $32.00 a year.
• KAPOM members will receive our monthly newsletter, The Matched Set Gazette, which is published 11 months of the year, are allowed to sell items in the club's Buy and Sells, and participate in all social functions.
• KAPOM membership also includes membership in the Texas Mothers of Multiples (TMOM) and the National Organization of Mothers of Twins Clubs, Inc. (NOMOTC)

Katy Area Parents of Multiples began on May 5, 1982. Funds from the disbanded Bear Creek Mothers of Twins Club were turned over to the group and bylaws were drafted. They were adopted at the next general meeting on June 2, 1982, at which time the North Houston Parents of Multiples presented KAPOM with an engraved gavel.

Charter Members of KAPOM were Jane Austin, Pat Axelson, Beverly Baker, Jodi Barger, Lanelle Carlisle, Susie Garrison, Mary Hollar, Joan Moeller, Rozanne Starkey, and Wanda Woody.
